n this 2.5hour all-levels workshop, you will learn about the holistic definition of yoga and tools to help you integrate the practice throughout your life outside the studio. Using Patanjali’s 8 limbed path as a foundation to explore and experience all aspects of yoga. During the workshop you will gain knowledge and insight of:
– The 5 Yamas (ethical practices)
– The 5 Niyamas (personal observances/relationship with the self)
– Asana (refinement of the body)
– Pranayama (regulation of breath)
– Pratyahara (sense-withdrawal)
– Dharana (concentration)
– Dhyana (meditation) and Samadhi (complete attention)
