Flip Your Perspective: Fundamentals of Inversions

Invert – To put upside down or in the opposite order, position, or arrangement.

When we are able to look at things from another perspective sometimes we are able to see something we might have missed before – a point of view, a beautiful sight, or even a new possibility. In yoga inversions allow us to see ourselves differently by stepping out of our comfort zone, destroying limiting beliefs and seeing our mats (and fellow yogis) from a whole new angle! Come join us for this 2 hour workshop where we will get to learn how to defy gravity… even if only for a few joyous moments
