
Lee D. Roy is the band’s Rhythm Guitarist and lead vocalist with a high lonesome sound. Originating from Timmins, Ontario, Canada, Lee has been surrounded by music for most of his life. In his early teens Lee was devoted to learning Steve Earle tunes until 1997 when he attended his first bluegrass festival.
Matt Naveau originates from Mattagami First Nation in Northern Ontario, Canada. He is the band’s upright bass player. Until 2004 Matt had never played a musical instrument. He picked up the bass for the first time and his playing gets more amazing every time you see him.
R J Nelson is a native of Sault Ste, Marie but he has lived in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada most of his working life. His first instrument was the guitar which he began playing at age 15 and by the time he entered university, he was playing finger style guitar at local coffee houses, church services and weddings.
Larry was born into a musical family in the small, Northern Ontario town of Bonfield. He started playing Bluegrass mandolin and guitar, as well as harmonica and jaw harp at the age of 10.
